idk what you niggas want from me I'm just giving my take. don't respond if you don't like it
As much as I love their previous 3 albums (and some cuts from the compilation are all timers) the first single for this didn’t really click w me.
Is this more of that or is there more?
There's a nice mix on there. Some of that and some of what you prob expect from them. It's a very solid listen.
this doesn’t hit like their other work for me
every song is good but nothing strikes me as all-time great like in remembrance, the world is, maybe one day, o heaven, more out of life, the feeling, etc.

Blu is just putting out way too much music rn. I said when they announced it they should have waited until they could really lock in.
You can hear some frustration in Exile in their power 106 interview speaking on Blu dropping a million projects while they were trying to work on this.
Miles showed what these guys can do it with a lot of time, well thought out songs and more polished production and they kinda just tossed it out the window here instead of building on it.

Part of it is prolly the fact this had hella features lol
Don't think he really got out of 2nd gear on this album as good as it is
Personally I Look at it as b sides to Miles considering some of the topics touched on that album was on this tbh.
So what I got from that Fantano interview is that Below the Heavens 2 is on the way.
Hope he goes back to singing on one or two of the hooks a'la Blu Collar Workers or The Narrow Path
Finally got the chance to see Blu and Exile live last night in NYC and they didn’t disappoint man their synergy as a duo is top notch. Blu was up there really rappin too no backing vocals.
Wasn’t expecting them to do any real deep cuts just happy to actually witness joints like my world is, oh heaven, even Dancing in the rain live made my year.
All the openers killed it too I really forgot how nice Fashawn is. Shoutout YL and Starker too they next up!
