Nov 12, 2021BP3 was the album where Jay Z felt like the old guy and on a few of those tracks he just seems so out of place and I think Kanye really did him a solid in giving him a place to land. A lot of that time period, he seemed uncomfortable. Still has some great songs tho, but one of his weaker albums to me.

Run this Town, Empire State, and On to the Next One are all solid, if not, great singles. Therefore it automatically can't be the 'worst album ever by a GOAT'.
There has to be some other albums that just straight up had borderline zero listenable/memorable songs.
Blueprint 3 also has some decent album tracks (Real As It Gets comes to mind).
