Em not a GOAT according to y'all/OP
He def is based on his first 3/4 and his popularity that still holds up to this day
But he def got the worst discog of all goats now. Or lets say worst albums in his discog
None of em are as bad and More Life is actually f***ing amazing. Whens the last time u played it?
No way you don’t get a notification anytime someone mentions something drake related

Em got 3 mid/trash albums: Encore, Revival, MMLP2
Jay got 4: Vol 1, BP3, MCHG, BoBW
Run this Town, Empire State, and On to the Next One are all solid, if not, great singles. Therefore it automatically can't be the 'worst album ever by a GOAT'.
There has to be some other albums that just straight up had borderline zero listenable/memorable songs.
Blueprint 3 also has some decent album tracks (Real As It Gets comes to mind).

Vol 1 is amazing literally miles better than every Em album you just mentioned

Trash can be better than trash, dont mean it isn't still trash

B I am the single biggest Jay Z hater on this site and it is facts that vol 1 is a great album

Lol, can't argue with that
It’s def one of my least favorite Hov albums
I throw it in the same category as those post-Grad crossover rap albums with pop elements and anthemic type tracks. Thank Me Later, C3, Paper Trail all fit in that box too. Lasers was a failed attempt at the same idea imo
BP3 had the hits fasho I think some of the deep cuts were so mediocre though. Off That and onwards got some of the worst Jay Z deep cuts ever. In fact I would argue that the second half of BP3 got the worst series of songs on a Jay Z album
Take out Already Home and it’s just
Off That
Star Is Born
Venus vs Mars
Hate
So Ambitious
Young Forever
So much mid back to back lmao
And the singles/first half were strong but not strong enough to make up for the latter half of the album. Whole project feels very of its time and it’s not my favorite era in rap so I hardly feel the need to revisit this album
BP 3 is not that bad, I know most of you guys just parrot whatever the most ’popular’ people on this forum say

nah young forever is a vibe
I was listening to BP3 its really not bad at all
But a downgrade from American Gangster for sure but better than Kingdom Come and even MCHG imo
Ima revisit it since I am older and colder now... I didn't really like it on release tho. I've been waiting for Blueprint 4 this whole time.
Niggas would rationalize slavery if it meant that they could stan Shawn "I sold crack to my mom and perpetuated capitalism of the worst sort until it became more politically expedient to be a 60-year old and just now growing dreads hotep" Carter.
Damn I read that in Jay's voice, s*** went off
