Both examples of each artist trying to make a full blown pop album, and both obviously sold well
Both are obviously trash but I definitely prefer BP3 personally, at least Jay gave Wayne some good beats to destroy
BP3 is a damn good album and I will always stand by that
Such a f***in great album
So many hits and fire ass songs
I will never understand the hate for it
So many quotables on every f***in song. How do people not like it?
Bp3, but not letting ya itt get away calling bp3 good that s*** was ass
thank you lmao
Jay stans so delusional

Literally fire from front to back
Y’all clearly ain’t listening

even if we ignore the rest of the album, this statement is a lie considering DOA is one of the worst rap songs of all time

even with how dumb doa is it literally has one of the best beats of all time so it's listenable at least

Album is the personification of a mid life crisis. Hov was chasing a sound that did not fit him at all. S*** sounds so dated in the worst way

Wayne saved it thank god
Still cant get over Hovs 1st number 1 single getting his own verse cut off half the times I've heard in on the radio.
blueprint 3 is very over hated. it's an example of enjoyable low effort pop rap (and a few tracks that go beyond that). recovery is the opposite of that.
I don't think either are that far from each other.
They both are very much albums of their time.
