    I'd say Relapse is more comparable to American Gangster. Both have a cohesive theme and a loosely-based storyline to them.

    Way different years tho

    what was ass about it? S*** had good production, decent lyrics, even the features werent bad. It was only bad compared to jay’s other albums tbh

    Production is mad dated. And dated in a bad way. That 07-09 sound has aged poorly.

    And like I said before he was chasing a sound that doesnt fit him. The lyrics and songs are bland and nun interesting about it. There's nun memorable bout the album besides the singles
