I was obviously speaking about the way that Parasite seems to be liked by general audiences as much as people that have been watching foreign films before Parasite.

Even if it were the first foreign film for a lot of Americans (an unquantifiable claim), how does that make Parasite the "first non-English film to get praised all over the world"?

Usually people just say it's the "first Korean film to blah blah" to at least make the achievement believable. But "non-English film"? That's absurd.
