The Celtics have consistently been the weakest Boston sports team. The only achievement he has is winning in '08, which was more Ainge's doing than his own, but that didn't save Ainge this past offseason. Not to mention a clear culture problem within the organization, with 0 indication that anything is improving.

I also think that other parts of the organization need to be replaced, but if so many different parts of the organization are s***, then it seems like it's time for a complete overhaul starting from the very top.

culture problem has been understated. I’ve watched the celtics for a long time and this group of guys truly do not seem to care nearly as much as the KG or IT teams did. I like that it actually meant something to KG to put on the jersey. these kids aren’t built like that.
