Kosinski is very good at leaning into these more 90s plot structures and tropes. He doesn’t feel the need to subvert everything just because we see it coming, he just focuses on making it feel good when it happens, and he does it to great effect here.

actually wouldn't mind seeing in 4DX

saw this in IMAX. this was so f***ing good, when JP crashed i wanted to cry, they built the team camaraderie so well and when they won and it all paid off i was so happy. great movie and it’ll have great replay value. i want my next watch to be in 4DX
