As far as why I made this post in the BB thread and not BCS thread is to not come off as a troll or a hater. It shouldn’t matter what thread I post it in anyway. The same people that are in the BCS thread check this thread out too.

In my original post I literally said both are great shows But if there’s a debate about BB vs. BCS, I’m taking BB.

Breaking bad is better on average, but sometimes I just like BCS better, BB was too much meth and hectic for me sometimes, especially Walt-Gus relationsship...

To me breaking bad is like a rich spaghetti marinara loaded with meat, where BCS is more like a nice light salad with a 4 Oz steak cooked perfectly on the side (the salad representing Jimmy and his lawyer s***, the steak the little samples of breaking bad style criminal activity)

Some would prefer that salad meal, to each his own. Hell on some days I might prefer to eat that salad meal. But if I want a cheat day/comfort meal I'm choosing that pasta meal any day!

just finished watching this after bingeing for like two weeks and s***, what a way to go out. s1 got me interested but i really got hooked once they introduced gus

def one of my favorite characters + mike and saul. i already cant wait to peep BCS cause that nigga is hilarious. all in all, this show definitely worth all the praise it gets.

sidenote: now i finally get the context of all the memes/gifs that get posted from this now

It's a good show but fair warning saul is basically a completely different character in better call saul, nowhere near as funny or quotable as breaking bad saul. Somehow although he's younger he's kind of a grumpy geezer for most part lol

BCS legit is so much slower than BB it’s not even funny

dont be fooled bcs has lots of humor, broken up by very dense character writing perhaps more than bb

its a classic and at least as good as bb in my opinion

as a diehard BB fan, BCS is really proving to be the better show depending on how it ends
