That's a HIGH bar.
You right. But hype aside, i truly do have faith in this game to finish what botw started and close the gap. Imo botw just needed a few tweaks to be a top 1 contender. Most of that has been discussed, dungeons, story, etc.
But the foundation is there already. I thought botw had an amazing atmosphere, sense of mystery and tragedy through the environmental storytelling of ruined hyrule and obviously sense of scale and adventure that is unparalleled in the series. Its not 1:1 TLOZ like a lot of people claim, but for me personally a lot of the charm that is unique to the original game is successfully recreated in botw. I have more thoughts on how botw is close in spirit to my other personal favorites, (top 3 majora, links awakening and ocarina) but thats a whole essay lol
But with the potential of the team directly addressing fan concerns and blending elements of traditional gameplay with an evolved botw formula, idk man. Its looking like a very special Zelda experience (to me.) We’ll see what happens in a month.
Artbook spoiler in the replies btw. Its just her full design.
I wanna suck her toes
Well botw is still top 5 games fore me
You need the other ones pls emulate

Yayyyy
is this nigga gannodorf the final boss of every game
not unhappy to see him back but he sticks out like a sore thumb here tbh, we just killed him why are we dealing with him again?
can’t shake the feeling that the vehicles won’t really be that fun or useful and will be put to the wayside as the hours tick up

Clearly calamity Ganon wasn't his true form
it's obvious

i meant like literally why are we dealing with him again? give us new antagonists that’s boring

I think u picked the wrong series for that tbh
Also we don't know who these new characters are and what their role in the story will be there might be a lot of surprises

Lol i know this is your second zelda game but there are plenty of them that don’t feature or mention ganon in any form

I'm aware I'm just joking around
I feel what's exciting is the way he'll fit into the setting and his ties to these new characters
Yall think we'll see Ganondorf hit the gym? I mean he really got back into shape from the last time we've seen him in a trailer
