Avoiding spoilers is doable, but requires effort. I personally deleted social media, made a whole new YouTube account and i subbed only to channels unrelated to Nintendo and Zelda, if i see a Zelda/Nintendo video online ill watch it in incognito so the algorithm doesnt f*** me, etc.
