I’ve started and restarted botw a few times and while I really enjoyed it, I just kept losing interest and became disengaged. Decided to do another fresh play through and damn something just clicked this time. Maybe just a mindset thing but this is truly a magical game

I feel like it’s a game where you need to have like, 5 hour long sessions to actually fully appreciate

BOTW is one of those games that so many mfs love, but it just looks like a generic open world Ubisoft game to me. plus those bosses look complete ass cheeks

cant speak on ubisoft games but botw is one of the goats you should play it

i think i might’ve waited too long to play it tbh lmao
it just seems like open world games have come so far since that one. everything I’ve seen about its open world makes it seem kinda boring, and I’m not even the biggest fan of open worlds lol they’re just so empty most of the time.
might play this new one tho

wait you never played a generic open world Ubisoft game? you lucky ass

nah i played the Assassin's Creed pirate one but that wasn't really open world iirc
i've seen enough dunkey FarCry videos to avoid the games

I just replayed botw and it still holds up imo. there’s like over 100 hours of content in the world and it’s mostly all fantastic. it’s better than most open worlds because the tools like magnesis which lifts metal objects and stasis which stops time can be used in both combat and puzzle solving and they feel dynamic so it always feels fresh throughout the whole experience as opposed to getting repetitive like a lot of open world games do

youre half right tbh, its still good and way better than any ubisoft game but at the same time i cant say its better than any other 3d zelda
