as someone who didn’t like botw is this better ?

Well it is better but if you didn't like botw you're prob not gonna like this. The gameplay loop is generally gonna be the same but with dungeons / aerial travel / caves / more story

why didn’t you like botw? Do you like other Zelda games more? This one is more traditional because there’s lots of tools/abilities you unlock throughout the game, bigger dungeons, and it’s more story-driven. BOTW was a big departure for the series and this game seems to blend traditional elements with some of the new open-world design. Haven’t played it yet but that’s what the trailers and recent dev interviews seem to suggest.

Not an actual spoiler, but I'll tag it anyways. It's more of the same. It improves on botw, but if you weren't liking that, then you probably won't get into this one either. The issues I had with botw are still very much there though. I much prefer the traditional Zelda games over botw & totk as well.

yeah you can just make sure to start the n64 emulator when you’re connected to wifi and then you’ll have access for 7 days offline
