Hebra still the most boring region unfortunately there's just almost nothing going on there like in botw
Lightning temple and gerudo region is like so much better than any of the other main quests area
they went so hard
I think that Eldin is a good region too but lightning temple is def the best dungeon out of the main 4 regional phenomena. A bit more traditional than the others (enclosed area with traditional puzzles) but it delivers on all fronts. It's no Stone Tower Temple (imo the best Zelda dungeon) or OoT Spirit Temple but it's a great one.

I think my ranking would be : lightning > wind > fire > water
Without including the lead up quest lines tho because the quests leading to the water temple were great
I wish there were more unique enemy types exclusive to specific dungeons/areas like in the desert tho

I'll include the lead up quests (climb to Water and Wind Temple) because they feel like part of the dungeon to me (lvl design, music, mini bosses, mechanics) so I'd rank them
2. Lightning
3. Fire
4. Water (boss felt anticlimatic to me tbh but loved the atmosphere and the moon jump)
5. Wind
6. Hyrule Castle

haven't done the non regional quests dungeons yet but I can't wait
Holy s*** I'm an idiot lmao. I just realized long after finding all the tears that the locations for each of them is in the forgotten temple
Autobuild is when ultrahanding gets really interesting. Too bad there are only 8 fav slots, got too many ideas and not enough slots

Whaaaat? I loved hebra this time around. From the sky islands, to the labyrinth, to the many, many caves, it had some specific great shrines, of course the entire rito quest was amazing, the newspaper quest, the mushroom girls quest, i havent explored the depths below hebra so idk whats there but still, thats a lot. The caves specifically were all diverse and had different rewards and layouts
Just entered gerudo desert but this is looking like another incredible highlight, it seems they going all out on the phenomenon areas
Got pretty bored of this and haven’t played in a few days, tbh.
Final verdict: depth has been sacrificed in the name of accessibility and that’s just not for me. In a vacuum, this is a good game and pretty much objectively replaces BOTW, even if I think the dungeons are worse. But the Majora’s Mask comparisons when it dropped were far too hasty and while “glorified dlc” was also wrong, it’s unfortunately closer to the truth than the former.
6 years of development time really just doesn’t show with this game and I’m struggling to understand what it was spent on when much content is (understandably) lifted from BOTW. What is new is frequently half baked then copy pasted everywhere (sky islands are the most serious offender here). I could go on and on about how much stuff isn’t really as deep as it should be but it seems to be a fundamental part of the game as is everything being accessible from the start.
It’s fine. It’s a perfectly good and serviceable game and I got a lot of hours out of it, but it just isn’t as impressive as it was 6 years ago.

Oh yeah I really liked it but it wasn't that different from botw in terms of geography I wish it had some more distinctive features
haven’t played that much since my long sesh the other night. been slowly heading through the mountains to get to the regional phenomena to the East of Goron. shoutout to whoever said they were having trouble with that one shrine (not the vehicle one, that one was easy) where you gotta get naked and fight like 7 robots with long ass poles in the second room
s*** was giving me some trouble at first

would you say it is mid ?
anyone got any good videos/ideas for early game ultrahand vehicle builds? trying to see stuff without spoilers
STFU
just a question lol. The question is tradition that I ask after someone breaks down a game. Hogwarts Legacy started the tradition.
From what I am gathering the first 2-3 weeks of this game were wild now I am seeing mixed results and seems many won't complete it at all. Its interesting seeing if this still has game of the y year on lock

Still game of the year
then again I didn't exhaust myself by putting in 100+ hours in the first week

that first week
wasn't even game of the year nomination it was genuinely game of life that seemed like it changed the world and people buying consoles for it. So was cool to see but I like seeing the reviews in progress of people that aren't critics rushed to play through it fast

The game has only gotten better and better for me since release. BotW didn't make my top 5, but TotK looking like top 3

Yeah its just cool seeing those with BOTW above and those ToTK above . With plenty of year left
