I had to do this too. We didn't have a lease just renting a room month to month. She was abusive & kept escalating her behavior. Fairly certain she has bpd I was totally unaware and she's in denial. I told her to go to therapy and show me she can change she agreed I helped her pay rent for two months. I caught her violating and that was that.

i might also have it, reading the symptoms & listening to what people who were diagnosed with it speak on it resonates with me heavily. One day i'll see what's really up but one things for certain; BPD is no joke. don't like the stigma around it & mental health issues in general, only makes matters & understanding others worse

Idk what race you are but in the black community mental health isn’t really taken all that seriously so it’s hard to feel like people actually understand but it is what it is

Nah i feel you, years ago during a difficult period i opened up about the idea of me needing to go to therapy & my family responded with "black people don't go to therapy" s*** sounded like something you'd read off Twitter but came out of a grown persons mouth

it's almost like it's taught to us to ignore these type of things, it's sad but like you said it is what it is, just have to do whats best for yourself
