Go on LinkedIn and look at the top companies you wanna work at. Find out who has a high position like VP of something and sent them an email and make a phone call saying you’d like to work with them. You’re young and eager to get into the industry and that specific place. Guarantee you’ll get something

Just kept looking even did other interviews on new teams with same companies that ghosted me and got ghosted again . Been interviewing non stop since February and finally got one

Did cover letters for positions I really really wanted but majority of them I didn’t

Offer negotiation process sort of stressful idk why they don’t teach this s*** in college

S*** is a grind for sure was like 8 months from when I made this post. 2021 recruiting cycle at least a lot better than 2020 with pandemic. Companies have adjusted and can hire again
