Spencer Dinwiddie misses a potential game-tying three and the Nets lose, 109-106.
Miami finished the game on a 10-0 run. The Nets sent them to the line on FIVE straight possessions to close out the game. Nets, meanwhile, went the final 1:45 without a point.

  • Dec 5, 2019

    Final: Nets 130, Hawks 118.

They're 7-3 since Kyrie went down.

These are the ones the Nets have to get w/ Kyrie and LeVert out. They're back to the TEAM identity we're used to with Kenny and the Nets.

    Temple: 27 points
    Dinwiddie: 24 points
    Prince: 23 points
    Allen: 20 points

  • Dec 5, 2019

No, the Nets are not better without Kyrie Irving and Caris LeVert, but these guys have all embraced the team-first identity and continue to win as a result.

They're now 7-3 without Kyrie, 11-10 on the season.

Of the 41 5-man lineups to play at least 50 minutes since 11/16, Brooklyn’s starting 5 has recorded the best plus/minus in the league.

All 5 starters have averaged 10+ ppg in the 12 games: Dinwiddie (23.8), Harris (16.4), Allen (15.2), Prince (13.8), Temple (12.8).

  • Dec 12, 2019

Nets go from getting one of their most impressive wins of the season to one of the most disappointing losses of the season.

They led by 20 points in this game. Hats off to Devonte’ Graham who dropped 40... but inexcusable on Brooklyn’s end.

    Hornets 113, Nets 108.

  • Dec 12, 2019

The Brooklyn Nets are waiving guard Iman Shumpert, league sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium. Nets were 9-4 with Shumpert and reluctantly released him due to full roster guarantees.

  • Dec 12, 2019

SMFH! We invited Teyana to the game last night and everything

  • Dec 14, 2019

It was a tough decision . It’s either get rid of the the development of the young guys or shumpert . It feels f***ed up but it kinda shows how deep the roster could be . The guys are holding it down while our big 3 is out with injuries .

Nets lose to the Raptors, 110-102. They’re now 13-12 on the season, 9-5 since Kyrie went down.

They shot 46 3-pointers and made 12 of them.

Turned the ball over 20 times and Toronto made them pay.

    ... Philly tomorrow in Brooklyn.

  • Dec 16, 2019

Behind Dinwiddie’s 24 points and six assists, the Nets defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, 109-89, Sunday evening at Barclays Center. They never trailed after the 5:56 mark of the first quarter, improving to 14-12 on the season and 10-5 since Kyrie Irving has been out.

  • Dec 18, 2019

Spencer Dinwiddie (31 points), Joe Harris (24 points) and Jarrett Allen (12 points) scored 13 of 15 points for the Nets in overtime.

Those 3 propelled Brooklyn in an ugly win over New Orleans, 108-101.
The Nets are 15-12 on the season, 11-5 since Kyrie Irving's absence.

  • Dec 20, 2019

    Final: Spurs 118, Nets 105.
Spencer Dinwiddie set a new career-high with 41 points, but the Nets haven't won a game in San Antonio since June 6, 2003. That's 17 straight losses.

David Nwaba suffered a torn right Achilles and will undergo surgery tomorrow.

... Another nightmare in San Antonio

    The Injured Nets

    • Kevin Durant
    • Kyrie Irving
    • Caris LeVert
    • Nic Claxton
    • David Nwaba

Brooklyn is down to just ten healthy roster players, three of which being Theo Pinson, Dzanan Musa, and Rodions Kurucs (who’ve been unplayable) plus their two-ways.
