looks like its just his veins more noticable in that lighting or something imo

Other than a play on “language arts”, I just take it as art born of hardship. One of the Oxford definitions for “languish” is “suffer from being forced to remain in an unpleasant place or situation”, which sounds like a lot of Ka content (Kantent?).
