electric johnny 99 goes f***ing crazy i understand that these were all written at the same time but the way he flipped it from a braska track to a BitUSA track is still so crazy

We f***ing ate so good this year with Bruce, oh my GOD. @springsteen dude the film was INCREDIBLE & spoke to me in ways that I cannot even express. I absolutely LOVED it!!!

OMG when we got the 7 unreleased albums & the Streets of Philadelphia sessions was on it that ended up being my most played album this year. Just introspective & depressing, I loved it.

My favs were: Maybe I Don’t Know You, The Little Things, and Between Heaven & Earth. The entire album was just impeccable. Top 5 Bruce for me, f***ing easy

@Bad_Finger_Boogie what’s your top 5 Bruce btw? You can sit on it for a few days, I’d have to say

    Tunnel of Love
    Ghost of Tom Joad
    The River
    Magic
    Streets of Philadelphia sessions

Top 5 is hella tough after Tracks 2 tbh, right now it probably looks like this

    Ghost of Tom Joad
Darkness on the Edge of Town
    Nebraska
    Inyo
    Tunnel of Love

But that fluctuates every time I relisten to stuff lmao

Streets of Philly Sessions and Born to Run can easily slide in there from time to time, and I also love The Promise and LA Garage Sessions

we f***ing made it boys, can't really say i ever thought this day would come.

this alternate BITUSA is the best thing he's put out in years, new or vault. good f***ing lord.

what a year to be a fan of bruce. tracks 2, electric nebraska, the biopic...

i was lucky enough to see him at Light of Day in january too so its been a perfect year honestly. @Terry did you end up making any of the euro shows this summer?

bruce will release a solo album summer/fall and i know they are trying to book e street dates for australia/new zealand. if he doesn't do a solo acoustic tour for the new album then id say e street will return to the US in 2027

Your Bruce updates always get me hype asf man, you were hella early with the Electtric Nebraska stuff . Man if he drops a new solo album OR does an acoustic tour I am so there man. He never misses with his acoustic albums (Nebraska, Ghost of Tom Joad, Devils & Dust, Western Stars all top tier) i need it man…

Yea it was one of the best nights of my life. My favorite Bruce show ever for sure.

Lucky to have seen him at MSG, MetLife, etc. those are all amazing shows. MSG is the best place to see him— the energy in there is unhinged whenever he plays.

But being on the beach where it all began with THAT setlist from last night..

So many songs I was dying to see him do — the early stuff is what got me hooked in the first place.

I’m still floating on cloud 9.

I cannot believe you saw him at Asbury Park, man. That is truly unreal. I am so glad you were able to go man, you deserve it forreal. He played so many rare ones. Local Hero, Sandy, Tougher Than The Rest, Growin Up, Atlantic City.. damn near making me tear up just typing em all out

I am sure the vibes were absolutely off the charts on that beach. Good Lord.

I wanted to go so bad but tbh I was already so hyped at his concert in 2023 I would’ve been self conscious on that beach, I would’ve been the youngest one there screaming every lyric in the back, vs being on the floor where no one could hear me.. anyway, glad you got to witness history

Trust me bro I was 24 at that show and far from the youngest! My first Bruce show I was 16 and still far from the youngest

What a f***ing year it was for Bruce fans. Seven lost albums, ELECTRIC NEBRASKA, a biopic, an incendiary protest tour… and I got to see Bruce do a surprise midnight set in January as part of the Light of Day benefit at the Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, NJ… Peak.

From what I’m hearing he’s gonna take the year off from performing in ‘26 and will likely return to the stage early ‘27 for a run in Australia/NZ with E Street.

The days of big touring are likely behind him and the band— it will probably resemble The Rolling Stones/McCartney model where he goes out for 20 or so shows in one area of the globe per year.

So grateful we still got him around being so vital

we ate so good this year fam. It was f***ing unbelievable. I was telling my father how nice it was to be able to experience a new Bruce Springsteen release during his “prime” eras, it felt so special. What was your favorite of the 7? I was very partial to the Streets of Philadelphia sessions, myself.

    an incendiary protest tour

Bro that speech he gave about Trump kicked f***ing ass, and I loved see orange man’s meltdown on his social network about it Bruce always calls it out. It makes it even more admirable that he is so f***ing wealthy, but still sticks up for the common folk & calls it like it is. Truly, “The Boss.”

and I got to see Bruce do a surprise midnight set in January as part of the Light of Day benefit at the Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, NJ… Peak.

This is F***ING INCREDIBLE. Absolute peak, friend. I am sure that was so magical, just epic do you remember any of the setlist, by chance?

This is a really cool comparison, I love this for him. NZ & AUS are gonna be so blessed in 2027 I hope Bruce takes a well needed break this upcoming year, it’s hard work being the GOAT, man’s needs his rest.

Always appreciate you replying back ITT, your replies are always very detailed & positive, you are much appreciated!

He did a song with Jesse Malin, a song with Willie Nile, a song with Joe Grushecky, and then did Darkness, Promised Land, Savin’ Up, Pumping Iron, Pink Cadillac, Light of Day, and then closed with an acoustic Thunder Road

He used to show up to the Light of Day benefits every year but has only showed up for the anniversaries in 2015, 2020, and now 2025 since

I had a feeling he’d show this time since it was an anniversary so I got a $50 balcony ticket and only got it confirmed that he would be there at like 5pm that day so I immediately drove down to Jersey and got there by 7 lol

Would have given away my ticket for free if he didn’t show

Was a great night. Brian Fallon did a short set, and the Goo Goo Dolls guy did an acoustic set too
