Owning a business sucks, especially in today’s market conditions.
I have about 20 employees. My cost of materials have skyrocketed this year, I have rapidly increased wages, bonuses, commissions etc to try and keep up with the industry standards. And the worst part about it has to be having employees.
All I get is b****ing and complaining about this or that, even though I go out of my way to be as fair and reasonable as possible to go above and beyond what other companies in my industry would do.
The stresses to keep stuff moving forward and in the pipeline coupled with having to make sure tens of people have work to do the make a living for 200-some days a year is taking a toll and I’m only f***ing 27. I went to the doctor the other day and my blood pressure was 160 over 115, apparently that’s not good.

Hired a lawyer
Got a loan
Started rolling. Ended up pretty big. Expanded to other areas.
1 How do you know the lawyer is legit
2 if you want to get other investors, how do you go about this so you do it legally + they don't steal your idea

Flyghosthow was the getting a loan process? im starting a business rn and never considered but it seems like a good idea
well you have to get some type of funding. If you're wanting to make real money and cant find any angel investors then youll have to find a way to get a loan, or a mix of both
