california is never ranked anywhere near the bottom for rankings of quality of life, education, healthcare, poverty rate etc.

yeah man ive lived here outside of those areas my whole life and been to lots of places (mostly socal ill admit)

Ill use Canada as an example because they’re extremely similar
Cali has 40 million people canada has 37 million. Virtually similar gdps although cali is wealthier by around 400 billionx Politicallly very similar too, both places love upper middle class liberal ideology but yet wealth inequality is no where as bad in canada
Although both places are pretty expensive to live in and have similar mininum wages lower classes in canada are better off
Cali really should be the leader of implementing pro family policies in the US yet they continuously fail
