This just turned into a Nolan hate thread
as it should be f*** that bozo
Mo gonna like this one.
Nolan got some smackers tho, for every dkr there's a dk, for every interstellar there's an Inception. He's also responsible for al pacinos last quality starring role in insomnia, and Hugh Jackman best movie in the prestige
Tenet was badass too whether it made sense or not lol
Baby Boy is kino
Baby boy is life, I seen that s*** waaayyyy too many times

Guns and butter sequence is amazing

Very well shot, great soundtrack, stacked cast, somehow the mental midget from fast and furious delivers a good performance, endless quotable and classic scenes, perfect combo of serious and campy, catch new s*** every watch

Even Snoop bruh!
Movie aging well too, more men stay at home with their parents than ever before. Everything in the movie was made with intention. Singleton knew what he was doing.

His fellow baby boy mini ice cube and that huge dramatic speech he gave his mom and his girlfriend
Dark knight rises not even pretentious its just complete garbage ppl forced themselves to pretend they liked cuz it was a dark knight sequel
Dkr is just hot garbage, dkr fans on the other hand are pretentious af
Damn, I’ve always felt like DKR gets too much hate.
One of those movies the cinema sins crowd loves to nitpick plot points on. If you have a point about character inconsistency, sure, but when it’s like, “when did Batman have time to make that flaming bat symbol in the building?” it’s like… would the movie really be improved if we saw him doing that?
Great villain in Bane
Great cat woman
Great set pieces
Great Bruce Wayne arc, how he has to grapple with his privilege and lose everything
Alfred’s best scene
Like the terrorist angle
For the closing chapter of this trilogy, I think it did what it needed to do, and I much prefer it to Batman Begins.

Script seems like a first draft they didn't have time to fine tune
Nolan was in "let's just get it over with" mode once Ledger died
I could write a 20 page essay on what a dumbass batman and robin without the jokes type movie it was
dark knight rises is so bad they should have just made it sci fi at that point and brought ras al ghul back forreal
Prometheus is another movie cinema sins types love to s*** on.
Alien: Covenant is several degrees worse than Prometheus cause it’s boring, less ambitious, Fassbender’s character is way less interesting, and it’s not nearly as cinematic.
eish we could have got real prometheus sequel but just the fact we got prometheus alone is godly
