Martha scene wasn’t even that bad

Most def, the characters pissed me off in dkr, Alfred blurring out about the letter he burnt in dark knight was a pathetic and lame moment that made no sense and his "I have a dream!" Speech was laughable as well

Robin was just thrown in cuz Nolan liked working with him, dude got all that screen time and accomplished absolutely nothing the entire movie

And don't get me started on "I saw the look on your face that day and was like yeah he's batman"

So damn bad lmao

The Martha moment just makes Batman look like a complete dumbass.

The EXECUTION of that scene is BY FAR worse than anything in DKR. It’s just f***ing corny. It’s a half-baked attempt at psychology delivered with the most laughable seriousness.

If anyone needs a show to watch Outlander is pretty damn good. Very well written.

I’m also a sucker for shows set in history though.

The brief robin armor scene. Shoulda added a "he hasn't been the same ever since..." type line from alfred at some point

Which makes his cookie cutter optimist appearance in both versions of justice league super jarring g

if they make jl2 they will flashback to joker killing robin

And if you know the comics even a little bit it’s not hard to do

Only thing I don’t like about the Martha scene is I can’t figure out why SuperMan would call his mom Martha

batman begins couldve played out similarly in snyderverse
