The latter part is why i can’t take a lot of movies and shows serious

In some movies you’re supposed to care about the plight of the main (white) characters that bicker about things around a time when black people could not/just vote and it’s like yall so glaringly blind to the historical inaccuracies or you really sheltered and lowkey racist?

Oh I thought you just met Western directors. Clint has way too much mid through the 70s-90s for me to ever rank him as s tier.

That might work considering it's getting harder to find stuff you haven't seen. What do you think of Trainspotting though?

Fr? Even zombie movie wise there's a whole lot worse. You seen paul w s Anderson and millas latest resident evil movie in everything but name Monster Hunter aka the movie where TI closes the eye that's looking through the sniper scope while aiming?

Tonight on Kinodrome. Raul Ruiz's Three Lives and Only One Death. A underrated masterpiece of the 90's stars late Marcello Mastroianni in a usual Ruizian surrealistic take on the complex and bizarre interconnected stories in the city of Paris. Then, Manoel de Oliveira's Aniki-Bobo, a great debut feature made in 1942. de Oliveira configures his personal touch to his hometown of Porto in Portugal in a proto-neorealism sense. It's a charming and wonderful film about schoolchildren coming of age in a classical story. Tonight on IFC channel.
