Pianist and Rosemary's Baby are hard ngl..ughh it leaves a sour taste to talk about him in any sort of positive light, but i guess why should other people's work be tainted by one's man actions. With Spacey it's difficult to enjoy his craft when he's right infront of you, with someone behind who's responsible for behind the camera stuff it's easier to look past.

With that said I've never seen the hype behind Chinatown I guess I'm not a film-noir type of guy because it's rated quite high amongst film buffs.

Yeah that's basically the same reason why I find f***ed up problematic musicians hard to listen to because it's just them channeling their own psyche but I can't hold it against all of the other cast and crew that polanski ever worked with because of what he did later
