I can only speak for myself for that, but most ppl i follow reviews on letterboxd be like 1 sentence trolls or somebody just nerding out on a movie they liked

They aint all like “this light bulb js the symbolism of the artists soul” or some bull s***. Not saying it aint out there. Just never seen it on from ktt members. No one here is really pretentious imo

I am saying y'all critique critics yet so many on here want you to know what they thought of a film. It builds hype. What they thought of a film out of 10. Not the content of the film or discussion of themes but whether it is good or bad. If you want to discuss film criticism its kind of impossible to avoid that so much of KTT thinks in the binary of good and bad
