After an honest, unbiased listen I think this is very bad
She just doesn't have tbe charisma to carry these songs and the whole thing feels so unauthentic too
Good beats though
Ngl, the guests being mostly black artists rubs me the wrong way due to her past
some of these songs are pretty much her traditional style, such as Twentysomethings and June Gloom
The Drake tracks are the worst part of the album. Feels really dated, straight out of the mid 2010s, especially now in a post-Not Like Us world
Also, this is supposed to be a Miami album…
el guincho really is a top tier producer, need lots of him on the next rosalía album
man what did she do to shawty is the s***
It’s not touching the og on any level but I fw it
Ugly is classic Drake...for someone who is so lost in life you still some how end up at my place

Bro came through & redid the frame on her
I think the length is good too. She hits different pockets & the features she has fill in well.
Why in the name of f*** is there a blp kosher spoken word interlude on her album lmfao
other than June Gloom its hard to find a song to actually enjoy. how you got drake, pbc, city girls and make everything so unlistenable

Dude saying the first time he shed tears to music was listening to Camila Cabello
From the rollout to the memes and public discourse, I was led to believe this would be a train wreck.
But it's fine? Like it's a fun album.
BLP Kosher interlude caught me really off guard. Not really needed, same with Drake's ("Uuugly").
Other than that it's enjoyable, even if it a little messy. Surprisingly short too.
