I think the distinction needs to be made is that, platonic relationships are possible with the opposite sex, but a man if given the chance would more than likely f*** his female friend he is cool with. The difference maker is, that the man is not actively trying to f***, or pursuing anything more than friendship, But if you were to ask "would you f*** your friend" more than likely the answer is gonna be yes.

Real, I’m gonna be real. I think you’re an outlier. Considering that quite a bit of relationships start from friendship. I think it’s fair to say that quite a bit of men or women as well would smash their friends if given a chance. That said, saying that a man can’t be friends with a woman doesn’t make any sense.
