I think it's because he's not as hungry as he used to be and prob isn't chasing that next big record. From my view he's just chilling and doing his thing working with smaller to unknown artists and streaming now. If he wanted to i'm sure he could make some heat again.

Pharrell has been stupid hit or miss in recent years but I can’t really complain cuz when the musics good it’s real good and he’s already made enough hits to cement legend status. I’m just happy he’s completely back with Chad n his newer shoes are starting to be more popular.
