I’ve said this multiple times on here, I worked at one of the top banks in the country and I had multiple different bosses from of all races - black man, black woman, white woman, and Vice President of a region who was a Mexican immigrant AND gay to boot.

I had one white male boss and he was just middle management.

I have experience with law school admissions and they value what they call URMs (under represented minorities) over white applicants with the same stats (GPA, LSAT).

Jobs will literally hire non whites just to prove they are diverse. And I’m not complaining about that at all, I’m just stating, in the real corporate job market, it’s not racist like people Think.

College kids tend to think like this because they haven’t been in the corporate world, and only go off what they hear on social media or some s***.

It’s funny how when I tell people this on here, they stop responded or just completely go off topic because they can’t believe that what they think is actually false.
