While settlements don't in directly indicate guilt, neither does not being convicted, if you think everyone who doesn't get convicted, didn't do it you have a naive look on the court system. My 2 cents no one asked for is that Kobe innocent after reading the case work. I think anyone black using the court ruling as the basis of the argument for his innocence needs to take a moment and realize that using the court is a moving goal post. Because in the same breath we can and will say the US court system has often times convicted innocent black people of crimes they didn’t commit, and furthermore receive much harsher sentences than our white counterparts.

So the court ruling for me doesn’t have the highest merit. I did my own research into the proceedings, and looked at all the available information. Based on that I believe Kobe is innocent.
