There are a lot of Neil Youngheads on KTT2.
AM UI is 🗑 ☄️ Hot trash. Takes 3 pages to shuffle, replay or loop you music.
agreed. its awful. but there are rumors that they are doing a complete overhaul this year (probably at the next ios release), so im hoping for the best. would love to switch from spotify, but there's way too many things holding AM back right now
they pay peanuts to artists also, theres been good reason to drop it before this saga, i never used it
People that are outrage at outrage are the worst thing ever lol
One of the most confusingly pointless things ever
I am outraged at the outrage to the outrage to the outrage
spotify has a local files feature too, so you could technically upload mixtapes into playlists on there as well. its just not in the cloud like AM, so its a huge pain in the ass
I'm aware but Its not native supported like that and rarely used. Apple music was built around it. You can ask your friends who have eitheir and trust me everyone on Apple music more likely to have deep cuts. Dat piff tapes etc.
Lol what about spatial and dolby Atmos. All these scams I've fallen for
idk enough about those to tell if theyre just a gimmick or what. but it seems like some sort of feature at least (whether its lame or not) and not just telling people they are hearing a superior version of a song when they really cant tell the difference
People have mistook these for the same thing for years because both deal with local files. One is a cloud and the other is pretty much downloading locals files to the Spotify app only on that device.
Once you place a song on the music app on your computer it automatically is now streamable on any device you have whether its ipad, iphone, AM on android, etc... it doesn't take up space
For Spotify you have to download it to the Spotify app and it takes up storage on your device you downloaded it to. They've had this feature before AM even existed but they have yet to create a similar cloud service. Only company who had something comparable was Google Music (idk if this continued with Youtube Music)
It is continued with youtube music and its better than both in that regard
Having an iPhone and not using apple music is counterintuitive to me. But hey free market
Lol what about spatial and dolby Atmos. All these scams I've fallen for
Ngl the Dolby on the FKA Twigs album is really good 'cause Mike Dean really worked on it and it's not a weird added fixture like they did with other albums

i agree with you. i have both (I get AM for free through verizon). I use AM exclusively for my hard drive music (mixtapes, etc), and spotify for everything else.
i was just saying that spotify has the feature too, its just harder to use
imagine if amazon eventually gets a monopoly of the streaming market
Nowadays every diagnosis is COVID until proven otherwise
We know
I’d love to see the data on how many Joe Rogan listeners who weren’t already anti vaxx decided not to get it because of him. What a stupid controversy.
Lol, is this because of Joe Rogan? I’ve listened to some of his interviews here and there but don’t follow closely. Seems like a jackass who has some funny moments. But idk I look at streaming platforms as a library. There’s s*** in there for you, and there’s some s*** in there that you don’t have to check out.
Knocked it on the head. It gets tricky when you influencing people daily and citing unverified opinions
