but if drakes next album is over 15 tracks long I really think thats it for me
ive been listening to him since 2010 and ive noticed a difference that started around 2014 and took a weird direction after views, he rushed views because he announced it way too early and had these expectations for it which did not hold, when he dropped IYRTITL people wanted that style so views is like a bargain take care mixed with IYRTITL and drakes latest fetish (at the time was dancehall) then you had more life which gave me hope but scorpion was f***ing bloated as s***, after 5 years now of 15+ song projects I can't do it, take care worked cause he dropped like 5 of the 20 songs starting from a little over a year before the release

I wish Drizzy would drop a hard tape in the middle of the night sometime over the winter. Something reminiscent of IYRTITL with just some consistent modern production and confident lyrics in his raps. I don’t need filler like most of B side scorpion or repetitive bars about his streaming numbers and his awards lol. im a drake stan but this s*** sucks dude, more life was the only album i didnt have to cut a good amount of tracks

its crazy cause 30-45 min albums are becoming the norm but i grew up on the standard edition is 50-1 hour 10 min and deluxe adds 5-20 min to that but some of these f***ing albums are too much
scorpion was f***ing an hour and a half long

i remember this interview from like 2011-2013 where drake said he wants to retire by 35 and cap at 7/8 albums and hes almost 35 with 5 albums, 3 are debatable classics but 2 are meh

I was the biggest drake stan 2015-17, but i only listened to scorpion in full once, and yeah if the next album 20 tracks just thrown together with no cohesive sound i wont sit through this s*** again

well a vast majority of albums that are extremely long usually have issues that directly tie into the fact that its extremely long
