David Bondy, the author of this story, is a local news anchor for Michigan-based FOX and NBC affiliates. His interpration of the CDC data shows a dangerous lack of understanding of basic medical information and should not be taken seriously.
Quote from medical professional: “COVID is the cause of these comorbidities [...] Covid is what is CAUSING the respiratory failure, the ARDS, the pneumonia, etc.”
In short, the claim that 94% of deaths are patients with underlying medical condition is completely false.
NOTE: I'm not saying that COVID-19 isn't bad. But it's definitely not as deadly as we once thought, especially for regular healthy individuals. That being said...Wear ur f\*\*\*ing masks and stay healthy y'all <3

Deaths is just one factor. This is a novel virus we have no idea of the long term affects it can have on someone. This is much more than just deaths. There are people who still don’t have their sense of smell

oh gotcha
“Underlying condition” is super vague — I doubt there’s many people without one. Doesn’t high blood pressure count as one? millions of people have that.
So we're being culled huh
