It’s not shifting goals on purpose, it’s adapting to the incoming data and current situation. Medicine is not a hard science, there are no proofs and laws, it’s a soft science that advances with data.

unvaccinated people are taking up a good amount of beds in the hospitals, i havent seen anyone whose vaccinated get admitted yet apart from this 85 year old cancer patient. These unvaccinated cases are completely preventable and are taking beds away from other patients who need it
