Incredible chapter, now we know why the locust devil felt like a big deal and some theories even ended up being correct, s*** came full circle. Focus is shifting from our two protagonists' fight and the new threat is geniunely terrifying in a way that csm usually isnt (my general disgust towards most insects probably plays a factor).
I love as usual the denji introspection, the fumikos little exchange was cute too, and it makes sense he'd focus on her too in this chapter about eternal life and proliferation.
I loved the presentation and paneling too, the chapter flew smoothly overall

Also THE CALLBACK with the little plotwist at the end of the chapter was genius

Also also i love when i have no idea where fujimoto is leading this story, one of the reason he's so exciting to follow weekly despite the occasional slower chapters
