I saw a japanese creator comment that there’s a possibility Fujimoto might actually be talking about himself in the latest chapter. like, he was happier when he was a struggling artist compared to now that he's wealthy and extremely successful. His art definitely doesn’t feel as passionate as it used to. Maybe that’s why he felt the need to bring the manga to an end.
