it’s mid. it got a massive industry push at the time trying to convince us that it was a classic, and it looks better in retrospect when taking his later output into account, but at its core it’s a mid album

Good album to be honest.

Don’t like it and never did. Bad mixing, Chance feels a bit derivative of the features on some tracks like Mixtape and No Problems. Some really bad lyrics too. That line about the girl farting on his car seat in All Night? Wtf

Also rubbed me the wrong way he acted like it was a mixtape when it wasn’t free initially
