Loved this part
a week away from a birthday (31) concluding what has been NOT a good year, that s*** broke me dawg.
what do you think of the album so far?
favorite lines? instrumentals? features? thoughts on the music?
I like it so far. Loved the BabyChiefDoIt verse. It’s probably the most recently done track but I could be wrong.
Always love Vic collabs. Glad Jay E is on here. Haven’t gotten to the track yet tho. So I’m hoping for the best.
No More Old Men is probably my favorite track so far.

happy earthstrong in advance. 31 is one of my favorite numbers
This is a good album overall
A few songs I would’ve cut and a few
singing moments, but as a whole it’s a solid return to form for Chance. He hasn’t lost a step rapping-wise
"a few
moments" is part of the chance experience let's be real lol
which aint that crazy considering this is some of his best singing ever (Space and Time left me shocked frfr)
The moments where he really has something to say on here man….
Chance really is a pupil of old Kanye. He really knows how to tap into those lyrics that really resonate with you. It’s something that not many people have the ability to do. He could’ve cashed in on the path of least resistance with layup songs (there are a few on here but it’s cool) but really a lot of fantastic moments on here that showcase why people believed in him all these years later. I’m very impressed and happy for him

I agree with the take. Just wish chance had his flashing lights, runaway, good morning, gold digger. To elevate him beyond his peers

Yeah I think this is fair. He’s got the deep cuts littered all through here but the singles fall short to me. It’s ok though I can look past that it’s a great project

Drapetomania is definitely the next single

I honestly think it will work for him. Not gonna crack my top 5 or anything but it’s catchy

Man lol. I know he ain’t no ye. There’s only one. But I haven’t heard any track from this album that would get play play on the radio besides tree. And it’s not anywhere near the tracks I mentioned.
Strong singles are important in all music but uber important in hip hop.
Does “Star line” mean anything or serve as a reference to something?
The black star line, a shipping line by kwame nkrumah.
