UK has some of the lowest upward mobility of any western country, usually only better than the states

I remember that time very well
They forced it on people through the media and vilified those who had a different opinion on it (not even supporting terrorists but just not want to say je suis Charlie")
We talk alot about "sjws" "canceling" people and forcing their opinion down people's throats but "the other side" has been doing that for decades as well through media outlets

ASAKIFlipFlop was arguing about their actual influence. There are genuinely insidious figures and organizations such as Le Pen or Blanquer, but people keep focusing on a satirical newspaper, that while they're unequivocally garbage, for the most part have no bearing on the actual reason or landscape of the racism and xenophobia in France.
They solely act to garner attention, while everyone ignores the actual problems at hand.
