Not sure about the other two but money definitely shouldn't be your main goal when working. No amount will ever be enough. Even if you have a specific goal of say 50k, once you get it, you could always use more and it just goes on and on

I guess it's all an illusion. Because chasing money just to say you make x amount or work at x company sounds lame asf. Chasing money to start your dream business is more useful and inspiring. Chasing power to build up your community is a lot better than chasing power for p**** or some corporate ladder. The end goal matters, if there is no goal then you're right, a fool's errand
