murders have been going down since the 90s in most US cities, even chicago

however the murder rate is still high compared to other major cities like LA and NYC iirc

Assuming that flier isnt outright fake the cops are gonna incite some violence and kill people

downtown is still getting looted and the storm hit pretty badly, didn't have power for hours. it's been a rough, exhausting few days here. this is just more s*** added to the chaos.
