EXACTLY. It was a community chatroom for a group of us that have literally been together for a decade+ since the Gambino kanye​tothe thread days

I get the intent, right? Force each topic about the artist to get its own threads to get more thorough discussion. But it doesn't work here, shows S is kind of out of touch with a (albeit very, VERY small) part of his own site.

The group of Gambino enthusiasts on this site isn't large enough to warrant new threads all the time, and also there is SO little music-specific news and updates (usually conjecture, some hints, some GBs opening up, etc.) - Just enough to post in an artist thread every few weeks but not enough to make threads all the time. Are we gonna make a new thread every time he says he's "recording music" in an interview just so we have a place to talk? Weird move IMO

I hate the “mysterious music” critique (even though it’s funny), but no album deserves that label more than 3.15.20
