Disney did not invent such techniques as making s***ty movies or even worse making good movies bomb at the box office to get tax write-offs, sequeling and rebooting beloved classics to death nor did they invent formulaic movie plots and would have been an issues with or without disney And to be honest while it's gotten played out, the cinematic universe is quite possibly the most creative thing they've done in a while
