That's a good question, lol. I'll just paste what I was going to say in the thread here.
The entire criticism of Catholicism as being unbiblical is silly because the Catholic Church is literally responsible for compiling the bible that the KJV and all contemporary translations are based on (see St. Athanasius and the councils of Hippo and Carthage)
"biblical" as a theological construct is a product of the Sola Scriptura doctrine the early Protestants put forth. Catholicism predates Sola Fide by centuries, so of course it's "unbibilical"
And Catholics don't worship Mary (officially, there's some groups and people who probably do but it's not Catholic doctrine to worship Mary)
I mean, the official Catholic teaching is that the Eucharist consecrated at Mass (which Catholic Churches celebrate on a daily basis) is literally the body and blood of Jesus. That's how much Jesus is emphasized in Catholicism.
Intercession of saints is a doctrine in Catholicism (and some other orthodox branches) but the point is to ask the saint to talk to God for you/with you. Given that Mary literally gave birth to Jesus, the thinking is that she's the closest ally for you in prayer, which is why Marian devotion is a thing

As I said before this doesn’t have to mean anything.

Hmmmmm. So Catholicism as today is what I’m referring too. Not the original. But still, Jesus said the only way through the father is him. We pray in Jesus name, we go through Jesus. There is no need for a “ally” or a saint to talk to God for me. I’m aware of the deeds Catholics in the past has paid but the whole ideology behind their faith isn’t of the Word 100% is all I was saying

The concept of saintly intercession comes from Maccabees II IIRC which Luther conveniently excised from the Protestant canon
I get what you're saying though

I don't have an educated answer for you there unfortunately, but i think he was like "these aren't REAL books from the BIble" i'm sure there's a more scholarly answer for you out there tho

Lol I don’t think any scholar would have the answer tbh. I sorta have a opinion on why. I feel the sayings and doings probably fully wasnt of God and where flawed maybe? Therefore it shouldn’t be canon.
How do you feel about the Book Of Enoch since where on the subject on books

Wow I’m surprised lol. You seem well inclined. You should really really check it out. It’s the most controversial book to believers and non believers that covers what happened when Lucifer/Fallen Angels fell supposingly. Covers how demons gave the information and art of war and the doctrine of other faiths and spirituality. It’s alotta stuff. I’m still neutral on it. But people say that it explains what happened on Earth and why humans are how we are now. How we was giants how demons had s***with us and cursed us. Alotta things. Very interesting read from a outside perspective but I’ve talking to a lot of preachers and OGs I know in the faith about it

Word. Think it’s a small summary of it on YouTube aswell too
At least from my own experiences the christian (older) people are the least open minded when it comes to all the great questions we could have about this life, afterlife, the universe etc
It's crazy people still follow catholicism with all their pagan worship.
Just stick with the bible.

Mother (moon) & Son (Sun) worship.
Stems of the Catholic Church are unfortunately under Babylonian pagan beliefs.
Learning about the Pope info has been difficult
