Was it a full on no food at all fast or 6 weeks?

Just asking cuz I don't want guys itt to think that's the only fast you can do. I've participated in fasts from social media and secular music before. A good starter fast is liquid only till noon each day for a week, or 6am to 6pm no meat and no snacks, for food specifically

Edit: Cuz those big "40 days no food" fasts can be very dangerous if it's not under the leading of the holy spirit specifically
