7.5/10
Also Neil isn’t Max or else why would Protagonist ever need to recruit Neil.

If Neil isn't Max, why is he narrating the end of the movie when Cath walks off with Max as the protagonist is watching from afar?

Because he successfully saved their lives?
Just kidding maybe he is.
Just think it’s cheap when Nolan always does these things

As in give us open ends?
the reveal that Pattinson is going to have to die for Washington was done really well though
I would have just been happy with this reveal we didn’t need a another one
Yeah I’m not a fan of it
Yeah. I’m not sold on him being max because he would have had to be inverted for years and years to get back.
This s*** 11/10 man
Like I was legit immersed in the story
This man Nolan really something else f*** the cgi s***

Bro seeing them scale that building was insane
Perhaps the most uniquely edited film from Hollywood this century
I feel people aren’t talking enough about how Nolan literally visualizes a paradox
Glad y’all liked this. On my first watch, i didn’t like it that much sadly. Maybe ill give it another watch.

Care to elaborate why the editing was so unique?
Care to elaborate why the editing was so unique?
We have never seen anything like that 3rd act. Obviously Nolan, throughout his career, has implemented montage editing and the handheld framing practices that you see filmmakers like Tarkovsky, Mann and Malick use. But he takes it to a level no filmmaker ever has with the 3rd act of Tenet. With seeing time moving forward and backward as the story itself is propelling forward and backward technically but being able to position itself as a linear narrative in that instance, Nolan literally achieves the visualization of a paradox and this has literally never before been done in cinema.
