Being able to order food/beer and delivered to your section would be fire.
Anyone who's been to a Alamo knows how f***ing distracting it is watching servers running around a theatre for 2 hours
Nolan films have always had a special feel to them. As in they're a lot more special in cinema than on Blu Ray
Its crazy that this movie gonna be the first movie to be released on theaters after the lock down.
Nolan our saviour
Just got a mail about presale
Feel like this the one.
Should I go for 70mm or IMax digital tho?

70mm, always
Is there a difference?
depends on if the imax is laser or not, imax laser and 70mm are really close, some people like laser more bc of the color / contrast etc, others like film more bc of the detail
so basically 70mm >= imax laser >>>>>>>>>> imax digital (no laser)
70mm, always
Care to explain why? I have only tried IMax twice for Star Wars and Endgame, sound and picture was pretty great but haven't tried 70mm so can't compare.

Allegedly some IMAX employees got to see the movie, one guy posted his spoiler-free review. Seems accurate from what I could read.

It's the highest picture resolution available with the most detail.
If your theatre offers IMAX 70MM, that's the way to go.
Here are some examples of past Nolan films:

Seeing Dunkirk in IMAX 70mm completely changed the way I viewed certain shot compositions. Watching it on the Blu-Ray just reminds me how I'll never see it like that again.
Seeing Tom Hardy's boots at the end or the plane shot not taking up the entire frame and instead was center frame.

I still remember seeing that shot in 0:36 in my 70mm IMAX showing and legit i had to like move my entire neck up to see that plane in the sky and it just blew my mind how immersive the format could be in that moment and a number of other moments in the film
