Never sat right with me that this mid/borderline ass wolverine Deadpool movie was the highest grossing rated R joint

Proof we are in dire times

IMAX watch in about 24 hours at King of Prussia

They gave us Logan then followed that up with some bullshit

I mean why wouldn’t they if they know people going to eat it up . I still haven’t seen it

Finally rewatching, and this time in 70MM IMAX

The first time I’ve experienced 70MM

Nah watched it again this on my top 20 ever

Finally saw it

Loved it

The aura was insane. Wish we saw more of him.

Enjoyed this a lot more on the second viewing! This is definitely a film that reveals itself more to you with repeat watches

Congrats on getting into a Nolan movie bro 🔥

Thanks broski appreciate it

Congrats on winning the World Cup

@Thisisnotanalt

Watched it in 70mm IMAX finally. Movie of the year easily

Excited for my rewatch next week

What were your takeaways this time?

Why was the ending so confusing
Why give him the neck patch if it’s clearly an afterlife thing for him

derogatory ass Ryan Reynolds

I really appreciated the changes that Nolan made to the story more on my second watch. The pacing worked a lot better for me too, when I first saw it I thought the first half was weak in comparison to the second half, but now I feel like both halves are pretty strong.

Also I noticed more how much Himesh Patel was a real standout, I think he gives one of the best performances in the film

Afterlife?

What he’s supposed to have survived???? That’s lame

twin

Yep he’s alive, he survives in the source material as well

Tbh they do mention a few times in the movie that Odysseus is destined to survive but his crew will die
