Far Cry 6 was such a well made game with the most boring gameplay and cinematics lmao

like bro FC6 ran at solid 60fps and 1440p or 1800p i believe and with very nice graphics and very fast loading times

but the game itself.... ueghhh

need farcry 2 remake or remaster expeditiously

that Avatar Far Cry game came and went so fast I had to double check to see when it actually came out

3 will always be my favorite, but the gameplay aged kinda bad. Cheetahs randomly spawning behind you, enemies seeing you through walls, Jason Brody is annoying & cheesy now, etc. Then again I played the butchered PS4 version.

Wasn’t expecting to enjoy 5’s gameplay as much as I did.

Story-wise: 3 > 5 > 4

Gameplay: 4 > 5 > 3 or 5 > 4 > 3 depending how I feel

4 is the best “Far Cry” feeling game, hunting & taking over enemy bases is goat in that game, 5 felt like I was playing country side GTA lite almost

as much as ppl like to hate on remasters and want to see new games, far cry is one of those ip‘s where i think a remaster of the first three games would be really cool and bring a lot of people back to the franchise. in the meantime a different team can work on trying to actually make a good immersive game again which they haven’t done in like a decade

3 and vaas raised the bar so high just seems like everything else in this series has been so mid since and as hard as they’ve tried to it just hasnt been anything close to impactful

the recent leaks saying it’s gonna be extremely similar to 5 aka the best one

I enjoyed 5, just hope this one has a real main character and more linear story route then

I played 2-5 and 5 was the worst by far Don't think I ever hated a game more while playing it

I think 3 is still my favorite overall but 5 had a great aesthetic. remember playing that during COVID!

that’s crazy something about 5 just hit this itch for me i really loved the location

i LOVED the villain joseph is my favorite far cry villain and his sister also had some of my favorite parts in all the games

i hate what they did to dude in new dawn ruined him

I see I responded to you on the first page last year Most of my complaints about the game stems from the structure. They just release you in the open world, give you a list of "Do this 4 times, do that 3 times" chores and then you get to fight one of the siblings. Also the AI and every character was terrible to me

Think they need to just move on. Or atleast sit on it for a few years

The intro to 5 was amazing. One of the best intros ever where you arrest Joseph Seed and the helicopter crashes. Then I played the game for about 20 mins and never picked it back up

I wish 5 didn’t run so poorly on PC, it’s $5 on sale right now but the last 2 times I’ve bought it I’ve refunded
